Meet Dr. Michael

A secret weapon behind athletes and elite performers, Dr. Michael is a coach, trainer, and guide in human transformation. He has condensed over 20 years of deep work across body, mind, and spirit into a system designed to break through barriers, access your purpose, and enjoy life.

origin

Driven by early life challenges, Dr. Michael turned pain into purpose. What began as a path in fitness and medicine evolved into a deeper pursuit of human potential. His foundation in Biology and Leadership set the stage, and then his real education came through outrageous experiences, personal exploration, and continuous self-mastery.

journey

An eight-year journey across Europe and Asia expanded his innerstanding of people and power, culture and consciousness. Studying philosophy, languages, and human behavior, Michael developed a rare ability to bridge worlds. Once back in the USA, he spent another seven years in somatic practices, emotional mastery, energetic control, and creative expression. The latest seven years of his journey were in Quantum Physics, Universal Law, the subconscious mind, and spiritual hearing and seeing. He finally got to his core, where he was required to get raw to blast through most of what he and society think is real. He wraps it all in the tightest package possible so you can get the best of the best in the shortest amount of time and stay focused on your work and home life.

This work is his spiritual mission, and he believes everyone deserves to use the amazing gifts within them and deserves to be truly free and independent. Thus, he teaches and guides everyone as if they were going to coach others, so they can be empowered at a high level and for life. You deserve to know! Become your own guide, coach, and healer.

Service

Service is one of the highest forms of learning, growth, and giving. It is essential to reach one's life potential and is incredibly fulfilling. From providing sports equipment to kids in Africa and the Americas through his involvement with Athletes Without Borders to amplifying the voices and endeavors of powerful women who survived human trafficking and are on the front lines of the movement today, as the founder of the Phoenix Effect, he embodies service and the sharing of one's gifts.
